CAREGIVER SERVICES

  • Come & Go Care

  • For our clients who need during the day only assistance or companion we have a Come and Go Plan - permanent or temporary, full time or part time, few hours during the week, weekends, days or nights. Services are provided by a Caregiver professional or by a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our caregivers go beyond basic companionship and housekeeping services to provide sensitive, confidential personal care services while maintaining focus on emotional wellbeing and client safety.

    Services are provided 5-7 days a week, 5 hours a day minimum.

  • Live-in Care

  • For our clients whose circumstances require 24-hour, live-in care, 5 to 7 days a week (permanent or temporary), we will typically provide our most experienced and qualified caregivers. Services are provided by a Caregiver professional or by a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our caregivers go beyond basic companionship and housekeeping services to provide sensitive, confidential personal care services while maintaining focus on emotional wellbeing and client safety.

    Weekend or weekday care available.

Great Service at a Lowest Cost

A Placement Fee (equal to one week’s salary) is paid to the agency upon acceptance of the caregiver. Agency will provide one year warranty for service’s with NO additional fee. Background and experiences determine a care provider’s compensation level. Clients and care providers are free to negotiate different rates through agency. All care providers are not employees of the City & Suburban Home Care.



All caregivers are licensed and certified by the agency.

Caregivers can assist with:

  • Getting in and out of bed

  • Getting dressed

  • Food preparation & Shopping

  • Housekeeping

  • Walking & Physical therapy

  • Personal hygiene (grooming)

  • Assist with catheter

  • Diapers, bed bath

  • Assist with oxygen

  • Administer medication

  • Assist with bathroom requirements

  • Attend to bedridden patients

  • Assist with colostomy bag
